AIDA AGM 2016

The AIDA Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 9th April from 3.30 – 4.30 pm at the Aireys Inlet Community Hall. Hear about the year’s activities, nominate for the committee, pay your 2016 subscription or join AIDA.

At 5pm following the AGM there will be a Forum about the management of the Painkalac Creek, its estuary and water flows. Soon the Painkalac Reservoir will no longer be used for water supply. What will this mean for water flows down the creek, the health of the estuary, the frequency of flood events and the need to open the mouth?

Representatives from the Surf Coast Shire, Barwon Water and the Corangamite Catchment Authority will talk about these issues before answering questions from the floor. The Painkalac Forum is expected to wrap up at 6.00pm.

Everyone is welcome!
