Surf Coast Shire council meetings are held in the evening on a Wednesday, generally late in the month. Agendas and minutes are all available from January 2009 until the present date on this webpage. The agenda papers are complete except for material to be considered in camera. The Minutes containing decisions are posted a few days later. Members of the public are welcome to attend council meetings, but cannot speak or ask questions during council’s Public Question Time unless they have given notice by completing and lodging a Public Question Time form and lodging it with the council by 10 am on the day of the meeting.
