Saturday 26 April at 3pm
This year’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 26 April at 3pm in the Community Hall. Our ward councillors, Libby Stapleton, Mike Bodsworth and Leon Walker will be attending. The shire’s CEO, Robyn Seymour, regrets that she is unable to attend this year, but another shire officer will join us.
The meeting will begin with a half-hour presentation by the shire representative on the shire’s Our Focus Our Future community engagement project, which will set their strategic direction for 2025–2029. There will be an opportunity for questions.
The agenda for the AGM, last year’s AGM minutes and a proxy voting form for those who cannot attend in person will be emailed to members two weeks before the AGM.

Following the AGM, committed conservationist Mick Loughnan will give a talk entitled ‘Rewilding of Lot 2 of the Painkalac Valley’. After Mick’s talk there will be time to catch up over refreshments. Tea, coffee and wine will be provided.
Members can renew their 2025 subscriptions on the day. Membership forms will be available and new members will be welcome to join prior to the AGM.
